Sauvegarde 1.0

Sauvegarde is a personal information manager software that has been designed from the ground up to be easy to use & efficient. It has 4 tools (Inventory, Tasks, Notes, Options) with an intuitive user interface to help you bring order to your data. It can be used to manage collections, take quick notes that can easily be searched later, and more. Each tool has a help button in the lower right corner of the screen : click on that button to open the help file at the current tool's chapter.

Inventory · You can add, edit, delete & search items. Items can be defined by name, year made, category & location. Detailed information about each item can be stored under 4 categories (General, Specific, Notes, Pictures). You can associate an unlimited number of specific fields (plus related values) & pictures to each item. Tasks · You can add, edit, delete & search tasks. Tasks can be defined by title, description, time, date, location, contact, category & priority. Notes · You can add, edit, delete & search notes. Notes can be given a title & a description (date is automatically created for each note and cannot be modified). Options · You can create & open databases, in addition to adding, editing, deleting custom fields and related values under 2 main categories (Inventory & Tasks). These fields and values are then available as pre-filled lists when adding & editing items / tasks, making data entry fast and effortless.

This software is a shareware. You will be able to download and test Sauvegarde during a certain period of time, then, if it does what you need, you will have to acquire the full version.
